Maronite bishops hold monthly meeting in Bkerke

The Maronite Bishops held on Wednesday their periodic monthly meeting in Bkerke.
Following the meeting, the bishops called for the swift formation of a national unity cabinet that boosts the country’s economy.
They also urged the lawmakers to draft a new electoral law that gives the Lebanese people apt representation.

On another note, the bishops hailed the efforts deployed by the Lebanese army and the security apparatuses in fighting terrorism and safeguarding the country’s borders.
They concluded by voicing hopes over Lebanon’s future with President Michel Aoun’s new tenure.
