“All stances attributed to the President outside this mechanism are utterly baseless,” the Presidency Media office stressed in a statement on Monday.
The statement came as a response to certain media outlets that are occasionally publishing statements or positions attributed to President of the Republic, Michel Aoun, under reference “Baabda Palace sources” or “Baabda Palace visitors”
The NNA reported Monday that the Presidency Media Office categorically emphasized that the President of the Republic announces his positions, either in person or through his Media Office.
