4 ISIS leaders killed by Iraqi Army in Qa’em, Anbar: Sources

A source in the Iraq Army’s Jazeera Operations Command Center in Anbar province said four ISIS leaders have been killed in an attack in Central Qa’em.

The source revealed that an ISIS gathering at al-Moalmeen neighborhood in central Qa’em was attacked by forces who epuipped with light and medium weapons, Iraqi News reported.

The source added that four ISIS leaders, including the Abu Ibrahim al-Mohajer, one of self proclaimed judiciary members of the terror organization, was killed in the attack. A vehicle of ISIS was also set on fire and weapons and communication devices were seized.

The source also revealed that the ISIS militants prevented the residents of Qa’im from approaching the area of incident, and also raided and searched the houses and nearby buildings to search for the gunmen.
