Lebanese navy units conducted a tactical drill with the participation of the Brazilian warship “BRS UNIAO” that is operating under the UNIFIL Command. The drill was conducted facing the village of Amchit and simulated detecting and intercepting a suspicious ship and included the landing of an inspection team from a helicopter and raiding the suspicious ship as well as evacuating troops while using boats. This drill comes as part of the military cooperation between the Lebanese Army and the International Force.
