Retired Brigadier General Chamel Roukoz arrived Saturday in Boston, as part of his tour to the United States of America.
The Lebanese American Council for Democracy organized a meeting, in which Roukoz met with the Lebanese diaspora.
During the meeting, Roukoz attacked those who are hindering the election of a “strong” president as well as the adoption of a fair electoral law.
“Each person who impedes agreement on a new electoral law is corrupt,” he said.
