NNA – “Loyalty to the Resistance” parliamentary bloc head, Mohammad Raad, said on Sunday that the Lebanese political parties were on the verge of an agreement regarding presidential election, “but Saudi Arabia and one of the Lebanese parties blocked said agreement.”
The MP said that only a balanced solution acceptable to all factions would succeed in Lebanon, noting that all parties want to reach a solution.
Raad pointed out that a regional country blocked every breakthrough on the local scene, counting on its Lebanese allies.
Speaking to those who undermine the national consensus, Raad indicated that there was a chance to reach a national agreement, calling upon them not to waste time.
