NNA – Tourism Minister, Michel Pheraon, on Monday hoped that October 31 would witness an election for the president, especially that the regional situation doesn’t allow for more delays in this regard, adding that it is inevitable to set an understanding with House Speaker Nabih Berri regardless if before or after the election, for the purpose of expanding the area of Lebanese consensus.
Minister Pheraon saw that Saad Hariri’s nomination of General Aoun to presidency would restore the normal order of political life and would activate the implementation of Taef.
