The President of the Lebanese Republic, General Michel Aoun, and the speaker of the House Nabih Berri, expressed their solidarity with Great Britain and denounced the attacks in Central London.
In an official letter sent by the President to the Queen Elizabeth II, the President stressed Lebanon’s support and solidarity with the British people against the terrorist attack that targeted London Bridge and Borough Market and called it “a coward attack.”
On the same note, the speaker Nabih Berri condemned the attack that resulted in the death and injury of a large number of innocent civilians on Sunday June 4th, 2017.

According to the Guardian news, seven people have died after the Borough Market attack. Police shot dead three attackers who used a van to run over pedestrians before stabbing passersby.
