NNA – “Change and Reform” bloc leader, Deputy Michel Aoun chaired on Tuesday the bloc’s weekly meeting in Rabyieh.
FPM’s head, Foreign and Expatriates Minister, Jebran Bassil said following the meeting “when we defend the National Pact, we defend all Lebanese – Christians and Muslims.”
On the other hand, Bassil said that all the attendees have agreed to respect labor law regarding the Syrian refugees, “which determines the kind of foreigners work”.
Bassil asserted that the Syrian refugees can return to their country before the political solution.
Regarding the restoration of nationality law, he said “We are dealing with the file with responsibility, and we feel the claims of a Lebanese woman married to a foreigner, but we warn of collective naturalization”.
