Political debate destroys everything. Political debate destroys electoral projects and development plans. We are talking about the law of relativity or the 60’s law and so on. The result is one, an extension of a bitter reality.
The political debate has led to a vacuum in the presidency of the republic, putting the country in a political and economic vacuum.
Today we find ourselves in front of a crossroads to either move forward and change the reality of 30 years, or stay in the status quo, which means to keep living in a Republic that is barely alive “from the lack of death.”
Everyone should realize that the opportunity has come with President Michel Aoun. Do not put sticks in the wheels, do not obstruct. Everyone should approach the key issues responsibly.
The Parliament has the natural right to question the Minister of Energy in order to know the truth of the matter, and not to attack him with a slander campaign. A smart and efficient minister with the vision and knowledge as well as the necessary techniques to promote electricity; A Minister of Labor, adviser for five years, with a salary of a single Lebanese Lira (pound); A minister who has a clean record, the son of the change and reform and who is not afraid of questions and accountability .
Everyone should take advantage of the opportunity to have proper energy supply, in the 21st century like all nations that respect themselves and their people.
Yes to this rescue plan that will provide savings to all citizens.
Yes to this clean and legal plan that does not reek of special dealings. And to those who have serious objections, ask your questions in the Parliament or resort to the judiciary for a resolution.
We are confident that the Minister of Energy has enough answers to refute all rumors.
Everyone must put aside their differences and financial interests, focus their gaze on the supreme benefit of the nation by embracing the President and his team to promote Lebanon through plans designed for the betterment of the homeland and the citizen, and only for that interest, which transcends above everyone…
Give the opportunity to this new era!! It is the last chance, or else …
