President Aoun: To modernize state, fight corruption, ensure stability

President of the Republic, General Michel Aoun, said on Friday that the main headlines of his presidential mandate are notably the modernization of the state, the fight of corruption, and the ensuring of stability and peace.

President Aoun added that these headlines would generate a positive impact on investment in Lebanon, improve the economic situation and develop tourism projects.

Among Aoun’s itinerant visitors for today has been former Deputy Prime Minister and former Minister, Elias Saba, “Popular Nasserite” Organization head Ousama Saad, and a delegation from the Industrialists’ Association, led by Dr Fady Gemayel.
