NNA – Labor Minister, Sejaan Azzi, called for adopting political measures prone to elect a president, disassociate Lebanon from conflicts, reinforce political and security stabilities and adopt expanded administrative decentralization, in order to counter the economic and financial crises in the country.
Azzi’s fresh stance came Monday during the cabinet session convening at the Grand Serail under the chairmanship of PM Tammam Salam.
The minister also called for adopting technical measures in this regard, in terms of approving on a state budget and investing oil and gas wealth.
He addressed the government to give a strong message to the public through adopting Salam’s call for setting a political reconciliation in favor of issuing a new budget after the 10-year cutoff period.
