No one can spoil the strong relationship that exists between the Lebanese President and the leader of the Free Patriotic Movement.
President of the Republic, Michel Aoun ended all rumors circulating in local newspapers and social media, stating that there is a divergence of views regarding the electoral law between him and the Free Patriotic Movement party in general, and its leader, Minister Gebran Bassil in particular.
The president and the party favor the proportional electoral law, even before any other party in the country, but with certain controls.
