Russia and the United States could soon announce an agreement on Syria, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Talks on Syria are “very difficult” but “gradually heading in the right direction,” according to the president. “I don’t rule out that we’ll be able to agree on something in the near future and present our agreements to the international community,” Putin told Bloomberg in an interview. Moscow is also working with Ankara on aligning interests, he said.
