Marking the end of the World Autism Month, the President of the Lebanese Republic, General Michel Aoun and the First Lady Mrs. Nadia el-Chami Aoun hosted a ceremony at the Presidential Palace marking the end of the World Autism Month, April 28th at 7 PM.

The Ceremony began with the Lebanese National anthem and a special song about autism, sung by the youth suffering from autism and who were very excited and happy. Following the song, the President gave a speech in which he addressed the need to support people with autism and help develop their talents.

The palace then went all blue in honor of World Autism…The First Family then viewed a gallery of paintings, craft-works and pieces of art made by children with autism.

The president as usual, was talking to the children, hugging them, encouraging them and telling them that he loves them

Another achievement made in record time since the General Michel Aoun was elected President..Once again, Baabda Palace was open to the people, proving yet again that it is not a palace but a comfortable and a cozy house, “The People’s House.”
