NNA – MP Mohammad Raad saw that electing a president “is a cornerstone, yet national partnership incarnated by another cornerstone which is the electoral law, can alone stabilize political life.”
MP Raad’s words came Monday in the context of launching a book about interpreting dreams for Dr. Kamal Wehbi in Nabatieh.
