Interior Minister Nohad Mashnouq held talks on Monday with his Egyptian counterpart, General Majdi Abdel Ghaffar, at the Interior Ministry in Cairo.
The pair discussed bilateral cooperation between the two ministries, in addition to latest political and security developments.
During the meeting, Mashnouq highly esteemed the efforts exerted by the Egyptian security apparatuses in preserving home stability.
He also showed interest in benefitting from their expertise in the field of fighting terrorism and extremism, highlighting the necessity to trade visits in that respect.
For his part, the Egyptian official confirmed his Ministry’s keenness on bolstering communication among the Arab security services.
