Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri contacted on Friday the newly-elected US President, Donald Trump, to extend congratulations on his win.
During the phone call, the pair dwelt on the Lebanese-US relations and the perspectives of bilateral cooperation between Lebanon and the new US administration.
Both agreed to carry on communication and consultations for the best interest of the American and Lebanese people.
