The Directorate of General Security arrested on Saturday a Lebanese national with initials M.K. on charges of belonging to a terrorist group.
The arrested Lebanese confessed under interrogation to his affiliation to a terrorist group and his participation in attacking centers and checkpoints of the Lebanese army during recent clashes in Tripoli.
The arrestee has been referred to the concerned judiciary while efforts were underway to arrest other involved people.
