After the slander and ridicule issued by a member of the Lebanese Parliament, we, the Lebanese community in the Sultanate of Oman, are interested in clarifying the following:
We live here, we reach night by day, we are not total immigrants, our lives and our families are linked to our motherland,
We do not accept being represented in Parliament by those who despise our struggles that were imposed on us and we did not choose it if there was a space for national work with dignity and staying close to our families, we would have preferred that to emigration and fatigue.
We strongly condemn what was issued by Mp Bou Assi and declare that the response will be in the ballot box.
