“Change and Reform” bloc Secretary, Deputy Ibrahim Kanaan, said on Tuesday “we seek to form a national unity cabinet and we don’t seek to abolish anyone”.
He stressed that President Michel Aoun and Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri were working hard to form the cabinet, calling on the political factions “not to put spokes in the wheel”.
“The new cabinet’s task will be to approve a new electoral law and to hold the parliamentary elections on time,” the lawmaker told LBCI.
