NNA – “Very Big Shot” film is nominated to represent Lebanon officially in the 89 Oscar competition under the category of the best foreign Motion Picture film in 2017, a statement issued by the Culture Ministry said on Saturday.
The nomination came upon the recommendation of the special committee tasked to choose a film to represent Lebanon at the said competition organized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences in the United States of America, the statement said.
